Hello!
I'm Janice.

I’m a product designer with 5 years of experience turning complex systems into intuitive products. My work spans B2B, B2C, and B2B2C, where I’ve led design from concept to launch—building tools that feel effortless to use while driving measurable business outcomes.

What defines my approach is curiosity for the real world behind the interface. Whether shadowing flight crews, untangling legacy admin workflows, or designing mobility apps, I focus on uncovering how people actually work and making systems fit them, not the other way around.

Outside of design, I explore the world through photography. Searching for patterns, light, and perspectives through a lens shapes how I see products too: clarity, detail, and a sense of human connection at every scale.
