I'm Janice.

I’m a product designer with five years of experience shaping complex systems into something people can actually use without frustration. I’ve worked across B2B, B2C, and everything in between, taking products from vague ideas all the way to launch. What I enjoy most is that moment when a messy workflow finally feels simple.

I’m naturally curious about how things really work behind the screen. I like sitting with crews, shadowing teams, asking too many questions, and noticing the tiny details people don’t think to mention. My approach is simple: understand people first, then design the system around them.

Outside of work, I’m usually behind a camera. Photographing light, patterns, and small everyday moments helps me reset and reminds me why I care about craft. It’s also why I always look for clarity and a bit of humanity in everything I design.
